Transcription: In this lesson we will discuss voltage drops, branch currents and equivalent resistance in a parallel circuit. In a parallel circuit, each resistance is connected directly across the voltage source or line. There are as many separate paths for current as there are branches. Because all resistors are connected across the voltage source, the voltage across all branches of a parallel circuit are the same.
